Pan de Vida Job Description

Job Application

Good news!  We are once again signing up church and other small groups for Friday serving!

The mission is accepting groups of 6-8 to assist with food distribution on Fridays from 2 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.  We ask that volunteers are fully vaccinated and boosted.  We are still asking volunteers to wear face masks during distribution both inside and outside.  As long as we require all community members to wear masks as they step onto the mission campus, we will do the same.  Our wearing masks is a show of our unified efforts to create the safest possible environment throughout the food distribution.

Please use our Calendar to view open dates.

The above policies will be reviewed at the beginning of each month. We will communicate any changes to those scheduled to volunteer. We thank you for your understanding and support of our desire to stand in solidarity with the community.

With Appreciation,

Pastor Miguel Estrada

Fall 2022

Throughout the pandemic we have suspended all distribution except for fresh produce and non perishable food items as well as diapers (size 3,4,5,6 only)  hygiene items and children's books.

We have decided to suspend distribution of clothing until further notice. We will accept baseball caps and in the winter months, jackets and blankets.  We also accept any type of rain gear: ponchos, umbrellas and light rain jackets.

General Household

Due to a limited amount of storage, we ask that if you have things like pots, pans, basic dishes, sheets, pillows, bicycles, or portable sleeping tents that you contact the mission first to confirm there is a need.

If you have a delivery of these items, please contact us by phone, text or email ahead of time as our schedule on site has limited hours.  We cannot accept donations on Fridays unless your group is serving that day.  Thank you for understanding.

Music Academy, Tuesday afternoons-- volunteer teachers of piano, and guitar will be needed as we seek to expand this outreach.  Contact the academy director, Juan Pablo Oliva:
